Prediction the power outputs of wind and solar power plants are crucial to manage sales for power plant owners and system imbalances for responsible institutions. High volatility in electricity generation due to weather conditions such as solar irradiation, cloud opacity and wind speed make forecasting more challenging.

We develop and utilize AI-driven models for forecasting electricity generation from wind and solar power plants for short and long run. Models use past electricity generation data and related weather data as inputs and predict the electricity generation with high accuracy. The forecast results would help power plant owners to increase their revenues from electricity sales.
